ORDERING FROM REVOLECTRIX
Leo Energy of Singapore
and FMA Direct of the United States are partners in the Revolectrix brand.
Order fulfillment for Revolectrix products takes place from two
locations. All orders placed on the REVO
USA website ship from Urbana, Maryland USA.
All orders placed on the REVO Singapore website ship from Batam,
Indonesia, with the exception of battery orders, which ship directly from the
factory in China. Revolectrix ships
batteries from the factory to all countries including the U.S. and Canada. Because of recent restrictions on shipping
LiPo batteries worldwide, certain countries are restricted and REVO cannot ship
to those countries. Please see the
battery products page on REVO SG for a list of countries that are restricted. We encourage customers from the U.S. and
Canada to order on the Revolectrix USA Store website, although
you are not confined to ordering from the REVO USA . For customers outside of the U.S. and Canada,
we encourage ordering from REVO SG, although you are not confined to ordering
from the REVO SG. Revolectrix stocks a small number of LiPo
battery part numbers at REVO USA. For
all other battery orders, regardless of your location, please order from the
REVO SG site. We use FED EX service for
batteries shipped from China, delivery 4-6 days from date of shipment. In addition to online orders, we accept phone,

Orders will be shipped within two business days for in stock items. All orders will be shipped from FMA Direct, Frederick, Maryland. Orders containing out of stock items will be held until all items are in stock. Out of stock items are usually back in stock in 10-14 days unless otherwise noted on the site.
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order. We use the U.S. Postal Service as the primary carrier. We strive to give our customers as many shipping options and the best shipping costs possible.
We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards and PayPal.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The majority of the products sold by Revolectrix are designed by FMA Direct in Frederick, Maryland. We have an excellent knowledge of all the products and strive to make the support and service part of our business as important as the sale. In many cases you may speak to or e-mail directly with the people who designed the products. In addition to the knowledge base at Revolectrix, our technical support staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. We want you to be totally satisfied with all aspects of your experience with Revolectrix.

Please contact Revolectrix before returning product(s) for any reason.
You may log a Customer Support case through the Revo Store website interface through the "My Account" navigation item or contact the appropriate Revolectrix outlet.
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from REVO SHOP within 30 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping charges for returning merchandise will be borne by the buyer.
REVOLECTRIX branded products may be shipped to the appropriate outlet (FMA Direct for the U.S. and Canada and Leo Industries outside of U.S. and Canada) For NON REVOLECTRIX branded products, please ship only to Leo Industries.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
An item is considered defective if it is inoperable, but has no apparent damage. We accept defective returns as long as it is in new and unused condition.
DAMAGED RETURNS
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipment damage, please call or e-mail us immediately with your name and order reference. Please maintain all received items in the original condition, including all packaging material, because this is crucial to us making an insurance claim, and hence you receiving a credit for the return.
Note for returns
To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you receive with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Billing First & Last Name
Email address used to place order.
List the item(s) that you are returning for a refund.
Note the reason for the return
We strongly recommend you make a copy of your invoice number to keep for your records.
PRICE CHANGES
Any price, specification, or special offer on our website is subject to change without notice. Sale prices on the Revolectrix web site may be withdrawn at any time.
LIMITED LIABILITY REVOLECTRIX
LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN
NO EVENT SHALL REVOLECTRIX BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR
LOST DATA, REGARDLESS OF THE FORESEEABILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF OR
IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY OTHER MATERIALS OR SERVICES
PROVIDED TO YOU BY REVOLECTRIX. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY
REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY
LEGAL THEORY OR FORM OF ACTION. WARRANTIES
Revolectrix warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects for specific terms from the date of purchase. A list of specific warranty terms may be seen below. Should any defects covered by this warranty occur, the product shall be repaired or replaced with a unit of equal performance by Revolectrix or an authorized Revolectrix service station.
LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty may be enforced only by the original purchaser, who uses this product in its original condition as purchased, in strict accordance with the product's instructions. Units returned for warranty service to a Revolectrix service center will be accepted for service when shipped postpaid, with a copy of the original sales receipt or warranty registration form. Customer must provide proof of purchase for warranty service to be considered.
This warranty does not apply to:
1. Consequential or incidental losses resulting from the use of this product. 2. Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, electrical surges, reversed polarity on connectors, lightning or other acts of God. 3. Damage from failure to follow instructions supplied with the product. 4. Damage occurring during shipment of the product either to the customer or from the customer for service (claims must be presented to the carrier). 5. Damage resulting from repair, adjustment, or any alteration of the product by anyone other than an authorized Revolectrix technician 6.
